Born in a non-musician family my desire for creating sounds and melody started at the age of 15 when I was given my very first guitar, and since then music became my life's greatest passion. Creating is a purpose that I decided to dedicate my life to.

After the first year or two, me and a few friends formed a band and so came our first gigs and first songs. We managed to mature a bit as a musicians throughout this period of time. Members came and went, the direction was unclear and after some good time the band came to its end. Moving on I started writing a whole bunch of new songs some of which ended up being good enough to take another step - release my first EP. Self-recording efforts were successful and with some help by guest keyboard player Roman Matušek my debut "Dark Blue World" EP was born. Kicking off with "One Day" as the first song, the album has some link to the former band, since
the song was already in works during band times. Referring to a painful loss and uncertainty of better tomorrows it reflects a period of life during which it was written. The following piece, "Silver Linings", gives a slightly more positive vibe (as does the title) to the EP. With slowly building melody and a story of this abstract being over us letting go as we start to understand that we can stand on our own feet and defeat even the darkest nights. "Crown The Fool", the third song of the album, speaks about both personal and social tendencies of humans in letting our demons, rather than ourselves, to choose our path and the inevitability of failure with this form of "ruling". The song calls for the times of childish purity and return of a better time when one is brother to another, it roars its message, that no one but ourselves can be the change that we seek. The song called "Howling Ghosts" then tells us how the bad things that happened can end up as a force uniting people and bringing back our own courage to act when it's needed the most. The lyrics were written as a reaction for increased organised and political extremism in my country. The last song, "Rage", that closes this very first effort on a journey to became great musician has a very different vibe to it compared to the rest of the music on EP. Melancholy and atmospheric melody slowly escalates to real rage, both musically and lyrically. The passionate vocalization and guitar links explode into a final climax and few last calm bars that reflect the realization of what has been done, close the album with final tones.
Dark Blue World EP was released on April 27, 2016 and will be followed by another work soon.
